Before contacting us
- For purchase problems, open ZenClock Settings and choose Restore Purchases.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings.
- Include your iOS or iPadOS version, ZenClock version, and a short description.
- Do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
ZenClock does not require an account. App Store billing and refunds are handled by Apple.

Privacy Policy
Data collection
ZenClock does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data with the developer. Version 1.1 has no developer account system, analytics, advertising SDK, tracking, or developer-operated backend.
Data stored on your device
Focus plans, timer history, settings, Stars, rewards, and Pro-access state are stored locally on your device or in the app's local shared container. Removing the app may remove local data unless iOS preserves it.
Purchases
Apple processes App Store purchases and subscriptions. ZenClock receives only StoreKit transaction and entitlement information needed to unlock purchased features. The developer does not receive your payment-card details.
Notifications and system features
If you allow notifications, ZenClock schedules local timer reminders on your device. You can change notification permission in system settings.
Support and policy changes
Information you voluntarily include in an email support request is used only to respond to that request. If ZenClock later adds accounts, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, or other data practices, this policy will be updated before those practices are introduced.

Terms of Use
These terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.
ZenClock Pro
ZenClock Pro unlocks the same Pro features—including six immersive atmosphere scenes and their matching motion and soundscapes—through a monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase. Core focus timing remains available without Pro.
Subscriptions and lifetime purchase
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the displayed price and period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Lifetime is a non-consumable, one-time purchase and does not renew.
Restoring purchases
Use Restore Purchases in ZenClock Settings or on the ZenClock Pro screen. Apple handles billing, subscription management, and refund requests under App Store policies.
Local data and availability
ZenClock stores product data locally. You are responsible for device backups. Features may change as the app evolves, but active subscription periods and lifetime purchases will continue to receive the Pro entitlement described in the app.
